General Worker

Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable General Worker to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring that cargo is handled safely, efficiently, and accurately.

Responsibilities

•  Load and offload cargo from Linehaul and local vehicles efficiently and safely.
•  Assist with the correct sorting and movement of freight within the depot.
•  Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
•  Ensure cargo is handled with care and according to company procedures.
•  Perform additional general duties as required to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 minimum (Matric)

Skills & Competencies

•  Ability to work: Monday–Friday, 08h00 – 18h00
•  Ability to work overtime as and when required due to client requirements
•  Ability to work unsupervised
•  Own transport to and from work
•  Ability to communicate in English
•  Presentable at all times
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Reliable
•  A high degree of integrity required
