The main objectives of the programme are:

Work readiness serves as a foundational programme in the ATS career development journey with young people. It’s a tool used to empower young people with the critical skills needed to prepare them for the working environment. The purpose is to prepare for and access opportunities for work.

Programme expected key outcomes are:

Described per the four broad categories of development. Personal Development, Professional Development, Emotional Intelligence and Computer Skills.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent
•  Age 22-28 years old
•  Must be currently unemployed
•  Must reside in Soweto
