The Department of Employment and Labour is seeking to appoint UIF Client Service Officers to provide frontline support in processing unemployment insurance benefits. Successful candidates will be responsible for client engagement, benefits application processing, and general administrative duties across various offices in Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities

•  Conduct initial screening of clients and applications.
•  Process UIF benefit applications accurately and efficiently.
•  Register continuation forms for payments.
•  Perform general administrative and client service-related functions.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 / Matric
•  0–6 months of relevant experience
•  Required documents:
•  Filled Z83 form with REF NO: HR4/4/7/54
•  CV
