The successful candidates will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve public queries, and perform general clerical duties in a fast-paced environment.

•  Handle all inbound and outbound calls professionally
•  Resolve customer queries via email, walk-ins, and other platforms
•  Provide information and feedback for reporting and customer satisfaction

Requirements

•  Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
