Important Instructions

• Applications must use the new Z83 form, obtainable from any Public Service Department or www.gov.za/documents.
• Each post requires its own fully completed, initialled and signed Z83 form.
• Only attach Z83 form + CV (combined into one PDF file) when applying online.
• Indicate the correct job title and reference number (HR 5/1/2/3/44) on the email subject line.
• Use the correct email address associated with the post.
• JPEG (picture/snapshot) applications will not be accepted.
• Old Z83 forms will not be considered.
• Failure to comply with the above instructions will result in disqualification.

Shortlisted Candidates
