Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide general administrative support to staff
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience (advantageous)
