Description
The Department of Health is seeking a detail-oriented Administration Clerk to support transport and vehicle administration within the Transport Directorate. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, compliance, and day-to-day administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Administer state vehicle utilisation, log sheets, and inspections
- Update and maintain vehicle asset registers
- Handle accident reporting and related documentation
- Perform delegated transport and general administrative duties
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
- 0–2 years relevant administrative experience
- Qualification in Logistics or Transport Management (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence (exceptions apply for persons with disabilities)
