Successful candidates will be required to sign a written contract with the National Prosecuting Authority.
Completing the programme does not guarantee permanent or contract placement as a District Court Prosecutor at the centre, cluster or division where the candidate was trained.
Placement after training is at the discretion of the National Prosecuting Authority and may be at any office in the country.
Where a permanent placement offer is made against a vacant post and the candidate declines it, this will be treated as termination of the contract employment.
Requests to begin the programme after the official commencement date will not be considered.
