A separate application form must be submitted for each post.

Required Documents

Submit:

• A completed Z83 application form.
• A detailed curriculum vitae in PDF format.

The PDF document must not exceed 10 MB.

Applicants are not required to submit certified copies of supporting documents with the initial application.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of relevant documents, including:

• Identity document.
• Qualifications.
• Other required supporting documents.
• A South African Qualifications Authority evaluation report for foreign qualifications, where applicable.

• Failure to provide requested documents will result in disqualification.

• Shortlisted candidates will undergo personnel suitability checks, security vetting and reference checks.

• Applicants must declare pending criminal, disciplinary or other allegations or investigations.
• Successful candidates must pass security-clearance processes.
• Successful candidates will be required to sign an employment contract and annual performance agreement.
• Successful candidates must disclose their financial interests.
• Applicants must disclose actual or perceived conflicts of interest, board memberships and directorships.
• Failure to disclose relevant information may result in disqualification or termination of employment.
• False or fraudulent qualifications may be reported to the South African Police Service.
• The Department reserves the right not to fill the vacancy or to cancel the recruitment process.
