TransUnion is inviting applications for a Sales and Retention Call Centre Agent opportunity.

This role forms part of TransUnion’s ongoing talent pipelining efforts for roles that are continuously recruited for. Although this may not be an active vacancy at the moment, applicants may be considered for future opportunities as they become available.

The role is fully remote, and successful candidates can work from home anywhere within South Africa, provided they meet the required home working and internet requirements.

The successful candidate will support sales, retention, customer service, and consumer operations by engaging with customers, identifying needs, offering suitable solutions, and helping the business meet sales and service targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Matric qualification.
• Proven success in telesales or revenue-driven contact centre environments.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Must reside in South Africa.
• Must be able to work remotely from home within South Africa.
• Must have a fibre-ready home.
• Must have a suitable space to work comfortably and confidentially.
• Must not work from a location outside South Africa.
• A minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps upload and download is required if successful.
• Must be able to upgrade internet line where required to work effectively.
