Fidelity Services Group is recruiting a Sales Consultant for Fidelity ADT in Jeffrey’s Bay.

The position is responsible for sourcing new business, selling security products and services, maintaining customer relationships and achieving revenue and client-acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

• Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements.
• Sell alarm-system upgrades.
• Sell CCTV systems.
• Sell electric fences and other security solutions.
• Generate and close sales deals.
• Work with self-sourced leads and leads received internally.
• Exceed monthly sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with estate agents, builders, architects and other stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and quotations within the required period.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain sales-related administrative records.
• Achieve revenue sales targets.
• Drive the acquisition of new clients.
• Provide security solutions that meet customers’ needs.

Requirements

• Matric or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
• PSIRA registration at Grade C.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use email and the internet.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• An own reliable vehicle.
• An interest in electronic and technical equipment.

The following will be advantageous:

• Previous capital-goods sales experience.
• Knowledge of intruder-detection equipment.
• Knowledge of IDS, DSC, AJAX or other alarm systems.
