Description
Afrika Tikkun Services is offering a Software Development Skills Programme in Randburg, Gauteng. This fully subsidized programme provides training in cloud computing, data analytics, Microsoft Power BI, AI fundamentals, and leadership skills. Participants will gain internationally recognized certifications, build a professional portfolio, and receive a monthly stipend with travel allowance. The programme runs full-time from March 2025 to February 2026, with face-to-face training. Successful graduates may access potential employment opportunities as junior software developers or data analysts.
Software Development Programme Covering:
- Cloud Computing International Certification (AI-900 Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals)
- PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Exam
- IBM Data Analytics Certificates
- Data Analytics International Certification
- Portfolio Building
- Leadership Skills
Requirements
- Must have Grade 12
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must be passionate about IT & and want to learn coding.
- Must be between the ages of 18 - 30 years
- Must be in Johannesburg CBD or surrounding areas, OR must be able to relocate to Johannesburg.
- Candidates must be considered Previously Disadvantaged Persons.
- Candidates must be fully committed to a full-time 9 am – 4 pm programme from March 2025 to February 2026, with face-to-face training in Randburg
- Must complete the program to graduate.
- Potential employment opportunities are available after the program for graduate students in posts like junior software developer/ junior data analytics, etc.
