Description

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to policyholders regarding claims and policy benefits.
• Capture and verify claims accurately.
• Ensure all supporting documentation is obtained and recorded in the claims system.
• Manage queries from policyholders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Process refunds and payments to clients, dealers, or suppliers when required.
• Communicate claims outcomes and requirements to clients.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions and updates in the claims system.
• Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
• Update policy information in the system as needed.

• Handle telephone queries professionally.
• Ensure all interactions follow the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).

Requirements

• Matric certificate.
• Computer literacy.

• Administrative experience.
