Forge Talent, in partnership with Thermitrex (Pty) Ltd, is offering an exciting YES Learnership opportunity for motivated young South Africans. The programme provides hands-on experience, skills development, and exposure to the maintenance and manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance and operational activities.
- Support technical teams in executing maintenance tasks.
- Learn and apply safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Participate actively in on-the-job training and development sessions.
- Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive learning attitude.
Requirements
- Must reside in Boksburg or surrounding areas.
- South African citizen aged 18–29 years.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification essential.
- Background or interest in maintenance will be an advantage.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.
