Description
Servest Security, a division of Servest (Pty) Ltd, is offering an exciting 12-month Security Learnership Programme for unemployed youth residing in Gauteng. This opportunity allows participants to gain valuable security training, practical experience, and a monthly stipend while developing a career in the security industry.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all learnership training sessions and assessments.
- Gain practical on-the-job experience in various security operations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism and discipline throughout the programme.
- Support operational teams where required.
Requirements
- Completed Matric (Grade 12).
- Grade C PSIRA registration (essential).
- Aged 26 years or younger.
- Must be unemployed and residing in or around Houghton, Sandton, or nearby areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the security industry.
- Self-motivated and committed to completing the programme.
