Description

Clover is recruiting learners for its Customer Service Centre Learnership Programme in Constantia Park, Roodepoort.

Successful applicants will complete prescribed classroom training while gaining practical experience in Clover’s call centre environment.

Learners who successfully complete the programme will obtain an NQF qualification and practical customer-service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions.
• Handle outbound customer interactions.
• Respond to customer queries.
• Resolve customer complaints through the relevant stakeholders.
• Capture customer orders accurately.
• Capture orders within the required time according to the daily call list.
• Inform customers when their accounts are on hold.
• Confirm customer orders according to standard operating procedures.
• Inform relevant stakeholders about issues affecting customer orders.
• Sell Clover products according to the customer’s approved product range.
• Sell principal or partner products according to the customer’s product range.
• Offer customers new or additional products.
• Explain product features and special offers.
• Assist team members in achieving team results.
• Share responsibility for completing team tasks.
• Support the team’s values.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Take responsibility for the visual management of information.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Matric must have been completed between 2021 and 2025.
• A minimum average of 55% in English.
• A minimum average of 55% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Applicants must currently be unemployed.
• Applicants must not have participated in a learnership programme before.
• Willingness to attend prescribed training classes.
• Willingness to complete practical training at Clover’s Customer Service Centre offices in Constantia Park, Roodepoort.
