The Foschini Group is recruiting a YES Learning Delivery Consultant Intern for an on-site opportunity in Cape Town or Johannesburg.

The intern will support the coordination, delivery and evaluation of employee training and learning initiatives. The position also includes maintaining training records, communicating learning opportunities and assisting with learning and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating training programmes.
• Coordinate training logistics.
• Support participant engagement before and during training.
• Contribute to the development of training materials.
• Assist with improving existing training materials.
• Support the delivery of training sessions.
• Assist with training facilitation.
• Support post-training evaluations.
• Communicate learning initiatives to employees.
• Encourage employee participation in learning programmes.
• Collect feedback from training participants.
• Analyse feedback to help improve learning programmes.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities.
• Maintain training attendance records.
• Maintain training evaluation records.
• Stay informed about learning and development industry trends.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Human Resources; or
• A teaching qualification; or
• A relevant learning qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to use new technology to improve productivity.
• Ability to use technology to support problem-solving and business growth.
