Call Centre Agent (Inbound and Outbound)

We are seeking a Call Centre Agent (Inbound and Outbound) with 1 year of experience, to work hand-in-hand with our USA-based clients, providing high-quality business development and enhancing their sales growth.

Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate, Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3 pm-12 am, daylight saving time dependent)

Responsibilities

•  Receiving Inbound Calls.
•  Making Outbound Calls.
•  Contact prospective clients and educate them on the product or service.
•  Closing sales and providing after-sales support.
•  Actively assisting clients with their queries.
•  Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
•  Overseeing an active CRM.

Requirements

•  Minimum 1 year of call center experience (inbound and/or outbound)
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•  Ability to work USA EST hours (3 PM – 12 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings)
•  Sales skills – ability to close deals and provide after-sales support
