Subscribe to Job Alerts Responsibilities Receive applications across various platforms Validation of documentation Submit to finance for credit checks Contact parents relating to application pack and provide instructions Receive completed pack Loading of applications on to the system Assign subjects and assign to class Work with educators to determine class placement including numbers Inform Phase Heads relating to new starts and special requirements and ensure that ready for learner Submit weekly learner statistics to Executive Head Weekly submissions to Head office on online system and applications pending Update numbers on school system (Synergy) Update of all parent information Act as key contact relating to applications and general Set up meeting with parents to advise on the full process and school offerings Advise parents on subject offerings Advise parents on grades and age requirements Advise parents on payment and school processes Advise parents on all CURRO/ Internal school policies and procedures Provide information relating to scholarships and corporate deals Create profiles for learners Update profiles and upload documents Maintain profiles as required Provide access rights to learner profiles Update and maintain learner’s data on SA SAMS and Internal schools’ system (Synergy) Conduct SA SAMS roll over of learners from year to year Quarterly submissions of figures of learners at school Review all leavers Keep track of leavers to determine statistics and space availability Prepare transfer cards for parents
Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) – required At least 1 year experience as an Administrative Clerk – advantageous Experience in an educational environment – advantageous Skills & Competencies Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills Ability to manage data accurately and professionally Familiarity with SA-SAMS and school systems (e.g., Synergy) – preferred
