Responsibilities

•  Accurately record and maintain databases
•  Collect, process and capture data and transactions
•  Maintain filing and record-keeping systems
•  Support reporting and administrative processes
•  Ensure quality, compliance and adherence to business processes
•  Deliver excellent customer service
•  Collaborate with team members and other departments
•  Solve problems and escalate issues as needed
•  Work flexibly and manage multiple priorities under pressure

Requirements

•  Grade 12 (Matric)
•  At least 12 months in a Call Centre and administrative role
