Responsibilities

•  Managing reception and switchboard
•  Filing documents
•  Ordering groceries and office supplies
•  Receiving deliveries
•  Assisting with general administrative tasks

Requirements

•  Matric with Mathematics (minimum D symbol)
•  0 – 5 years relevant working experience
•  Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially advanced Excel)
