Dunns is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused General Assistant to join our team in Leandra. The ideal candidate will support store operations by ensuring excellent customer service, effective merchandise presentation, and asset protection. Responsibilities include replenishing stock, maintaining store housekeeping, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with store procedures.

Responsibilities

•  Achievement of daily , monthly and weekly sales targets
•  Protection of all assets (stock, cash, physical assets, staff and customers) through effective implementation of company policies and procedures
•  Effective implementation of store/ department layout
•  Customer service
•  Ensure correct administration procedures in respect of stock room mark-downs and lay-byes
•  Ensure effective merchandise replenishment and housekeeping

Requirements

•  Matric (Grade 12)
