Description

To support the Indigent Programme by conducting community outreach, assisting with registration, and collecting data to improve service delivery in allocated wards.

Responsibilities

•  Conduct door-to-door visits and assist with indigent applications.
•  Capture data and maintain accurate records.
•  Attend public participation events and gather information on community needs.
•  Provide feedback on service delivery challenges to coordinators.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 with relevant administrative/data capturing experience.
•  Computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work independently, in a team, and under pressure.
