Description

We have an exciting 12-month Learnership programme for unemployed South African youth aged 18-35, commencing in September 2025. The programme is offered in the fields of Debt Collections and Customer Services. Participants will receive a Further Education and Training Certificate in Debt Recovery (NQF 4) upon completion. The programme locations are Johannesburg (Sandton).

Requirements

•  Grade 12 (Matric) with a pass in Core Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy. A pass rate of 50% for 1st Language English is also essential.
•  6-12 months of client-facing or call center experience.
•  Must be a South African Citizen between the ages of 18 and 35, and currently unemployed without commitment to another learnership or formal studies.

•  Good written and verbal communication with a neutral accent.
•  Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email, typing skills of 35 wpm with 90% accuracy, and systems navigation).
•  Passionate and willing to learn.
