Description

The Administration Clerk will provide administrative support to the Inspections and Compliance Monitoring Unit, ensuring accurate record-keeping, effective communication, and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

•  Record, organize, store, capture, and retrieve correspondence and data
•  Maintain registers, filing systems, and document control for the unit
•  Handle routine enquiries and distribute documents/packages to stakeholders
•  Manage photocopying, faxing, and general office duties
•  Arrange travel on short notice
•  Maintain incoming and outgoing document registers
•  Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

•  Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
•  Driver’s license and proficiency in English plus one other official language (advantage)
