Description

The Department of Infrastructure Development seeks to appoint an Administrative Clerk to provide effective administrative and clerical support, ensuring efficient record-keeping, correspondence management, and document control within the Goods & Services SCM Directorate.

Responsibilities

•  Capture, record, organise, store and retrieve correspondence and data.
•  Maintain and update registers, statistics, and filing systems.
•  Handle routine enquiries and distribute documents/packages.
•  Operate office equipment (photocopying, faxing, scanning).
•  Maintain incoming and outgoing document registers.
•  Type correspondence and provide general clerical support.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 Certificate
•  No previous experience required
