Description
The Telecom Operator will manage the High Court’s switchboard and telephone systems, ensuring effective communication internally and externally. The role includes maintaining databases, handling calls, reporting faults, and providing accurate client information. Reference No: 2025/217/OCJ
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the switchboard and telephone system.
- Provide messaging services and manage the internal telephone directory.
- Attend to calls and direct them to relevant units.
- Identify and report technical faults to service providers.
- Administer telephone accounts and update contact lists.
- Ensure effective communication and customer service.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent (no experience required).
- Basic Computer Certificate (advantage).
- Valid driver’s license (advantage).
