Description

The Administration Clerk will provide administrative and office support to ensure efficient operations within the Regional Office. The role involves reception duties, record management, resource coordination, and support to senior team members.

Responsibilities

•  Perform reception duties, manage calls, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
•  Maintain and implement an approved filing and record management system.
•  Draft correspondence and manage calendars for senior staff.
•  Arrange travel and logistics for the office.
•  Manage petty cash and maintain petty cash register.
•  Provide general administrative support to the Regional Office.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
