Description
The Telecom Operator will manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide reception services, and ensure effective communication within the District. The role includes handling telephone records, preparing bills, and promoting a professional image of the Department in line with Batho Pele Principles.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage district telephone systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Act as a receptionist and forward messages to relevant officials.
- Print and distribute telephone bills for extensions.
- Keep accurate records of calls and usage.
- Promote excellent service delivery in line with Batho Pele Principles.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (no experience required).
