Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for team members.
• Handle incoming communications and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organised digital filing system and manage document preparation.
• Conduct research and provide relevant information for projects and tasks.
• Assist with social media content planning and execution as needed.
• Support project tracking and reporting to ensure deadlines are met.
• Offer general administrative support as necessary to enhance workflow.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar admin role.
• Strong proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is preferable.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and the necessary equipment for remote work.
• A degree or relevant certification in business administration or related fields is advantageous.
