Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients to the appropriate offices.
- Handle incoming calls, screen and forward calls, and take messages accurately.
- Maintain and tidy the reception area to ensure a professional environment.
- Record incoming and outgoing faxes in relevant registers.
- Update and maintain telephone directories.
- Safeguard, monitor, and report faulty office equipment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate.
- No previous work experience required.
