Description
The Office of the Valuer-General is seeking a Data Capturer / Junior Administrative Clerk on a 10-month fixed-term contract in Pretoria. The role involves ERP data capturing, record keeping, general administration, and providing support to valuation and monitoring functions. The position offers a salary of R220,961.62 per annum (Level 05) plus 37% in lieu benefits.
Responsibilities
- Capture and update data in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and proper record keeping.
- Resolve or escalate ERP-related issues and support team members when required.
- Assist with valuation support administration by recording and tracking client issues.
- Compile reports on the status of client queries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Support monitoring and evaluation processes, including maintaining a portfolio of evidence.
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks across business units as needed.
Requirements
- NQF Level 5 Certificate or National Diploma in Business/Office/Public Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year in an administrative or clerical role (advantageous).
