Our client are looking for a well-presented, admin-strong and bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates professionally, and can maintain a welcoming and organized environment – even without prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct to the relevant person
- Handle emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with basic admin tasks including filing, scheduling, and documentation
- Keep the reception area neat, professional, and welcoming
- Facilitate smooth internal communication between departments
- Support staff with simple arrangements and office tasks
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- No previous work experience required, but strong administrative ability is essential
