We are looking for experienced Call Center Agents. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, responsive support via phone and other communication channels (email and chat) to prospective and current students, partners, and stakeholders - ensuring a positive service experience and resolving inquiries promptly.
Responsibilities
- Making and receiving calls.
- General administration and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Matric.
- South African youth aged 18–35.
- Experience in the call center industry.
- IT and Helpdesk support experience.
