Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle high call volumes with efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call centre software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Matric Certificate or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
