Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call centre software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Matric Certificate or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
