The Administrative Assistant: Verification and Validation is responsible for ensuring that all claims submitted to the Road Accident Fund are valid, legitimate, and accurately recorded. The role involves handling file movements, maintaining records, verifying claim information, supporting stakeholder relations, and performing general office administration duties to ensure efficient operations within the Claims Division.
