Description
Provide administrative support to the VIP & Pool unit by capturing chauffeur service requests, coordinating vehicle dispatch/returns, maintaining licence disc records, and ensuring accurate, timely information on the Fleet Information System (FIS).
Responsibilities
- Capture and allocate chauffeur trip requisitions; monitor pending lists and confirm services with clients.
- Dispatch and receive vehicles; verify documentation and conduct basic vehicle inspections.
- Track licence disc validity; receive, record and distribute discs to user departments.
- Maintain daily activity logs and reports on the web-based FIS.
- Uphold data accuracy, confidentiality and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- No experience required.
- Clean criminal record.
