Description
The Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring alarm signals, coordinating response resources, and providing professional telephonic support to clients while ensuring accurate incident reporting and adherence to operational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and action emergency and non-emergency alarm signals
- Communicate with clients, key holders, and response teams
- Accurately record incidents, activations, and reports on system
- Monitor vehicle violations and update operational records
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with safety standards
- Report faults, incidents, and sales leads through correct channels
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- PSIRA Grade C registration (required)
