Description

Responsibilities

• Manage the manager’s office administration and diary coordination
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and confidential documents
• Prepare, type, and distribute reports, submissions, and official letters
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and take accurate minutes
• Provide reception services, including call screening and visitor management
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and process related claims
• Operate standard office equipment and perform general administrative duties

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
• No prior experience required
• Computer literacy is essential
• Knowledge of Patient Rights and Batho Pele Principles
• Willingness to work under pressure in a professional healthcare environment

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong typing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer-focused approach
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Assertive, presentable, and able to function effectively under pressure
