The role is within a Debt Collections team supporting the automotive banking industry.

The successful candidate will provide customer service to clients while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a positive client experience.

• Matric / NQF Level 4.
• Clear credit record.
• Clear criminal record.
• Minimum 12 months of Debt Collections experience.
• Experience within banking or early-stage collections is ideal.
• Must be confident using computers.
• Must be able to navigate the internet.
• Must be able to work with Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to work with Microsoft Word.
• Must be able to work with Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent verbal English skills.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Ability to work in a rotational night-shift environment.
• Ability to work in a 24/7/365 environment aligned with US hours.
