Merchants is hiring Call Centre Agents for a dynamic banking environment.

The role is suited to customer-focused individuals who can support banking customers professionally and accurately.

As a Customer Care Specialist, the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing service while assisting with account-related queries, product information, customer requests, and complaint resolution.

The role requires engaging with customers professionally, identifying their needs, asking probing questions, and using multiple systems to provide accurate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.

Requirements

• Matric / NQF Level 4.
• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• Experience within the following environments is advantageous:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work across multiple systems.
