The Capital Hotels is hiring a Food & Beverage Waiter in Melrose, Gauteng.

The Waiter is responsible for food and beverages in the Restaurant, Room Service, and, if required, Function areas in a friendly, fast, and efficient manner.

The position is primarily concerned with two main functional activities:

• Front of house
• Stock

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in the restaurant.
• Support Room Service where required.
• Assist in Function areas where required.
• Provide service in a friendly, fast, and efficient manner.
• Support front-of-house duties.
• Support stock-related duties.
