The Capital Hotels is hiring a Kitchen Sculler in Sandton, Gauteng.

The Kitchen Sculler is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is clean, well-maintained, and organised at all times.

The successful candidate will maintain a proper level of clean inventory with a high standard of cleanliness according to Hygiene Standards and in line with general Health and Safety practices, as per The Capital Hotel Group policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen is clean at all times.
• Ensure the kitchen is well-maintained and organised.
• Maintain a proper level of clean inventory.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Follow Hygiene Standards.

• Work according to The Capital Hotel Group policy.
• Support the kitchen team where required.
