Responsibilities

Participate in structured learnership training focused on customer service and call centre operations.
Engage with clients professionally, providing information and support.
Develop and apply sales and negotiation skills for lead generation.
Improve workplace readiness skills including communication, teamwork, and digital literacy.
Demonstrate commitment to learning and applying new skills in a professional environment.

Requirements

Aged between 18 – 33 years.
Matric certificate or NQF 4 equivalent (must have passed Mathematics and English).
Applicants must be from Quintile 1–3 schools or recipients of the Child Support Grant.
