The YES HR Learnership at Telesure Investment Holdings offers a 12-month structured program designed to provide hands-on experience in Human Resources Management. Learners will gain exposure to key HR functions, develop administrative and people management skills, and contribute to the efficient operation of the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and record keeping.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain and update employee information and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating training, meetings, and HR events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Provide general support to HR staff and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 18-29 years old.
- Completed matric.
- Completed HR Diploma / Degree
- Admin and Computer Literacy Skills
- Must live around Johannesburg
- South African citizen.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Have not participated in a Yes Program before.
- Not studying Part-time or Full-time.
