Description
SafetySA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SafetyCloud SETA Learner to support the administration and coordination of learner records, ensuring full compliance with SETA and company standards. This 12-month learnership offers valuable experience in the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training environment while working with the SafetyCloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Capture and submit learner registrations, achievements, and completions to relevant SETAs.
- Verify learner information and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Maintain learner records in line with SETA and company policies.
- Assist with issuing learner statements of results and certificates.
- Prepare SETA audit and archiving documentation.
- Support internal teams and branches with SETA-related queries.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Business Management – Advantageous.
- Previous administrative experience – Advantageous.
- Must be willing and available to complete a 12-month Learnership Programme.
- Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.
