Provide support in client servicing, claims processing, and new business administration.
Handle client queries regarding medical aid and health benefits.
Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Participate in structured learning and on-the-job training components.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
Mathematics (Level 4 / 50%) or Maths Literacy (Level 5 / 60%) and English (Level 4 / 50%).
A second language (Level 4 / 50%).
Age between 18–25 years.
Not currently employed or enrolled in post-matric studies.
No prior learnership experience.
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Outlook).
