Description
The OSS Hastings Learnership is a 12-month structured work-based learning programme designed for unemployed youth who want to gain practical call-centre experience within the financial and insurance industry. Learners receive on-the-job training, formal qualifications, and workplace exposure in a professional contact-centre environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in call-centre operations under supervision
- Provide professional customer support (non-financial advice)
- Complete on-site training and assessments as scheduled
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and FAIS requirements
- Maintain professionalism and service excellence at all times
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35
- Unemployed for the last 6 months
- Not previously registered on an INSETA learnership
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
