Responsibilities

Provide client support in a call centre environment.
Assist with medical aid queries, claims, and health benefit administration.
Support new business processing and customer service tasks.
Maintain accurate records and ensure high service standards.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
Mathematics 50% (Level 4) or Maths Literacy 60% (Level 5).
English 50% (Level 4) and a second language 50% (Level 4).
Basic computer skills (MS Excel and MS Outlook).
Must be 18–25 years old.
Must not be employed, studying, or have completed a previous learnership.
