Managed People Solutions is offering a 12-month Retail Sales Learnership Programme with one of its clients in the health and wellness retail industry.

This opportunity is for candidates who enjoy working with people, have a passion for customer service, and want to gain valuable retail experience while earning a nationally recognised qualification.

Learners will gain practical workplace experience while studying towards the National Occupational Certificate: Sales Representative, NQF Level 4.

The programme combines structured learning with hands-on work experience, helping learners develop retail sales, customer service, and merchandising skills.

Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will be awarded the National Occupational Certificate: Sales Representative, NQF Level 4.
